Looks like a good time... I would be interested in meeting up at a sandbar or raft up... my lil 185 not up for beating in the big water. We will see what next yr brings.. boat is still gonna be a while in "project status" lol

Search youtube for " hotboat weekend 2011" someone put a video 11:30 min video of boats. Good vid shows alot of nice hardware.. ofcourse nobody has a pic or vid of my slug lol

Yes the sandbar is along the river like the pic u have. Just south of that big bridge half mile or so...

We spent most of our sitting time up river at the sandbar. Usually both side of the river are lined with boats and somebody is making a good pass all day, didn't seem that way this year. I think sum of the guys went to the hot boat meet in Oscoda. I have never been pass the big bridge up there.

Cool. Always like looking at pics.. I was all over but being a small boat and all the boat waves it was hard to run good, I did try to make my presence known up river where it was smooth lol sitting here on the couch resting.. lil boat and ruff water is hard on the back

Well I didn't think it was that big of a turnout. Nice weather and damn not to many boats I thought.. had fun, saw sum nice hardware and came home with no broken parts lol
