If teams ran stock car racing = no nascar .

If teams ran drag strips = no nhra etc.

Any sport governed by the participants will fail.

all will be the same this year as in past .
some will follow RWO (sbi II )And some will boycott for rules to fit their own desires.( OSS )

.Until the teams follow in suit ,a single governing body .we will have to be happy with a bunch of cool boats hangin out together for the weekend here and there.

So how come almost everyone I talk to daily in the sport, from competitors to race-site producers, is generally pissed off?

Maybe they don't want to talk daily.

Funny but that might work.

they are more than $8 .tho

i found over a hundred tropphies that were never picked up stashed in boxes in #2 truck topside.
the receopts from the company in california showed them to be quite a bit more than i ever would have thought .

I talk to some of the pissed off people almost daily myself. In my opinion, and obviously theirs, they have some really good reasons to be so. Unfortunately, it is major players who almost never complain, plus almost every race boat builder.

I have never seen anything like it, and it is really unfortunate as the sport was growing at one of the best rates in years.

We shall see how it shakes out, but it is very concerning.

There is a real underground revolution starting it seems. I hope it doesn't set the sport back like the last couple have.
