Deck

Say one was to make a deck, essentially a flat deck, for a lil v hull boat, and was going to core it with 1/2 " balsa, Would one layer of 1708 on either side be good, or two, or one on bottom and two on top ?? And again Vinylester or Polyester. Not going to use Epoxies as they are too expensive for this particular project.

i would say yes i see it in all kinds a boats all the time just need to keep it dry and of coarse use end grain

I would go 2-3 layers minimum.
