it says 815 duval, which is right in the middle of the gay district, but it seems private . it says families welcome so it should be ok. it is walking distance to all of the party areas,just keep your eyes straight ahead when walking past the bars in that area, and do not pass out in the street

OK, I'm going to open myself up to take all kinds of chit here, but yeah, I've stayed there.
It was actually alright - but when it comes to a vacation hotel room, I'm not real picky. How much time are you going to spend there anyway??
They have a separate building in the back of the property that has I think four rooms. We stayed in one of those rooms. The rooms are small, but were OK.
I remember the shower also being tiny.
Nice tropical garden type area outside the room to drink coffee in the morning, or last beer at night.
All in all, I would stay there again, it was cheap and clean.
As far as the 800 block of Duvall - anywhere you go in KW you're going to have freaks of some sort.
Hell, Bobcat lives there.

I dropped my wallet in the 800 block of Duval & had to kick it all the way to the 500 block before I felt "safe" picking it up.

Check out the post by the check in desk " They even post they are gay friendly" Nice! The place across the street that was serving dinner and the Woman/Man that was standing at the booth stood 6ft something was a total knock out and as my wife said damn he has bigger boobs then me..
