Same 60% chance of rain, mostly cloudy but no wind, 50, almost as nice as the keys.
I might get a car dealer license and deal in 80's early 90's Porsche's and Mercedes. I'm thinking of buying this just because its competition for mine: http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/cto/4193251076.html plus cleaned up and detailed should be able to get $4,000.
Nope, mainland beside Vancouver. Its a fairly wealthy area, one section called the British Properties is the third wealthiest neighborhood in Canada, mostly gated mansions. My parents lived in it after they sold the house I grew up in, around 92. It's about 10minutes into downtown Vancouver over a bridge. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Vancouver
I imagine your area would be safe.
Out near my folks (Oregon Rd/795, just south of Owens College) I'd be more concerned.
Kinda like the one that wiped out Lake HS a few years ago.

This will be more like the weather that gave us the Van Wert storm in 2002. November set-up.
The one that wiped out Lake HS in 2010 bounced over us after hitting some houses to the west. It kind of followed the turnpike. I heard it, but could not see it. That was classic spring set-up.
The next morning there were clumps of wet pink fiberglas insulation all over a several mile area around my house.
Son of B!!!
The Circle K that got nailed is about 1/4 mile from my folks house.
Talked to my Dad. They are OK, no apparent damage, but cars across the street (literally 100') are damaged.
No power, no natural gas service.
But, ok.
Feel bad about the people caught in these storms. Why I like living here the weather despite the rain is not bad. Get some wind storms but they are not that bad. If the failing branches knock out power, no big deal I have a generator.
