Hey Panther

Hey, if you get up to Northern Ireland....go to the Bushmills Irish Whiskey factory.

They were the sponsor of the offshore race off Newport Beach California in the 70's....they still have the big glass trophy in the trophy case over there with the winner's names on it....mine and Betty Cook and Joe Ippolitto, Rocky, Bob Magoon.

It is in the testing room....don't test too much....that stuff is really high octane.

What a trip!!! I feel like I haven't slept since last Saturday which is somewhat accurate. While we were there we visited Mullingar, Athlone and Ballymoore.

And speaking of high octane. Yesterday afternoon we had some home brew Potcheen shots. In Ireland, potcheen is similar \to the "white lightning" or moonshine, it has been banned since the 1600s. I think some of it's legalized now but the legal crap doesn't have quite the same punch.... The stuff we had was made by some guy and I have no idea what proof it is but it hits you within 10 minutes of the first couple sips.. That stuff makes you retarded!!:03:

We had a great time and can't wait to go back again!!!! I can't believe how much BS rumors there are about Irish food, potatoes etc... There's no preservatives in the food, no hormones in the animals and everything if fresh. I had some of the best food and some better than back home! The steak is unbelievable!!! Our friends have a 300 achre farm over there, it was quite an experience and I higly recommend it!!:)

What a lightweight.Drunk off one coors light:03::biggrinjester::rofl:
