How can u believe a survey ?????

Mine ,,costed me 80+K after a survey that said in overall good condition .

The survey is only as good as the surveyer since its written that there is NO guarantie in a survey !!!

I actually have to agree with you.
I've heard some real horror stories even after a survey - even done by notable well-known guys in the biz. I happen to know of a well known boat that went under and was scrapped after a survey had been done.
I equate it to the "home-inspector" that walked through my first house when I was buying at 24yrs old. I knew more about what was good and bad in the house than he did. But, it was a requirement of the loan.
