My friend was teasing his nephew last night... told him that he should be able to bench 3 times his body weight (just kidding him). Then he looked at me and said: "How much does that put you at?" I said "750." He said "yeah... I would be over 900."
Between the two of us, we are 13 feet tall and weigh 550.


I need to lose about 20 pounds of fat. I am about 245. If I got down to 225, and then brought ten pounds of muscle back online... I would be happy.
At 43... that would put me ahead of my peers.
If I stopped drinking I would probably be down 20 by summer.

But it would be a boring winter.
