I'd still buy a house, (someplace warm year-round).

And then borrow Bobcat for a day to help get a fixer-upper boat that will be worth twice what you put into it when it's finished....... (fingers crossed).

There was a year old RIB online yesterday. 12 footer for $32k. WTF. I really enjoy the 14 ft RIB and the Hydra Sport. I can’t stomach spending $32k for a little rubber boat. I definitely have no plans on buying a $300k boat. I’m very happy with my boat collection at this time.
