The oddball that owns the place sleeps all day. He wakes up when it goes off. Waiting until after the curfew might not work. It would be better to tape over his cameras and do it in the middle of the day. The guy has owned that place for 10 years. Only thing he has ever said to me was when he asked to replace the fence. Strange neighbor, but not seeing him is just perfect for me.
