new wire marine, thats where I got all my switches. They can do some really trick custom etching on the contura V's

got holes cut/drilled today for the four 7.7" speakers, chart plotter, gps antenna, trim sticks (making 3 perfectly aligned and sized small rectangular holes is fun) and compass. Had to remove the windshield for some of it. Also removed the old wiring. Structurally, the boat is well made, every hole I have drilled or cut has revealed coring that was dry, clean and looked like new, rigging wise, I am firmly convinced Avanti hired 3rd graders with adhd....

Saturday I will finish a couple more holes, resin coat all exposed core in the holes and do the layout fore the battery try shelf. Sunday I make the console.

The guy in the pik?? Thats my brother in law Bob. (too many around here, my dad bob, Im Rob, my brother in law Bob and my nephew Bobby). He has a Bertram Moppie.

My Dad Bob, built a 41 foot piver trimiran from scratch, My nephew Bobby is a Hatteras trained/certified marine electrician and my brother in law Bob can do some serious woodwork and builds iceboats, then I am good friends with Glassdave, and my other brother in law kent makes boat canvas covers, biminis etc.. And My uncle Art owns a large tool and die shop. so we pretty much have everything covered except the motor stuff down in this end of the world
