Anybody have one of these yet? They look pretty slick and the price is right. I am considering grabbing one for another predator gun.

They're OK. A bit much for an AR of no particular significance. I'd buy a Rock River or DPMS. Or a Colt.

As far as $1200 being insane, I just spent $4400 on a scope for my DPMS LR10. it's all in what you want

Dude, $4,400 on a scope? WOW! Do tell. Sorry, I have not bought anything for a few years. What is a DPMS LR 10???

Clelands on Airport in Toledo has one. I was checking it out the other night. It does have a nice feel to it. I love the forestock.

The DPMS is their version of an AR-10. Scope is a US Optics first focal plane. Incredible piece of glass. Rifle is all custom- carbon fiber barrel, handmade billet tool steel receiver, etc. Custom caliber.

The R15's are re-badged Bushmasters. Cabelas sells them for around a grand, both the one in Dundee and the one in Hamburg have them, for around the same price (yeah, I get around )

I on the other hand, found my unicorn yesterday. DPMS 308 in a 24 inch bull barrel. Making the trip when I wake up to go get it And they are selling it at retail price no less!!!!

Insanity is right. Cabelas has them for $1000,which seems pretty reasonable to me for what your getting. Hell, just the camo dip is a few hundred dollar option on most of them. I was told they are built by Bushmaster to Remington specs, so I would think they are pretty descent.

I have a Stag Arms AR15 16" barrel that I modified with a 12" quad rail from midwest industries, flip ups, Nikon Monarch with mil-dot reticle and armalite scope mount. As per my name...I love AR's.

I just bought an Armalite complete lower and I am going to do a long range/predator gun and throw an eotech on my stag once I take off the Nikon.

I dont like the camo. AR's should be black and scary in order to optimize the time it takes a liberal to peepee his panties when he sees it.

I checked cabelas web site and I don't see them listed and went to the Omaha Cableas and they didn't have any.

I tried to order 2 rock rivers through a local dealer, 20-24 month back order. Wouldn't even take the order. Also tried armalight and 18-20 month back order.

They have them at the Cabelas in STL. I just looked at one on Tuesday. it was just over a G.
