The Official NASCAR Thread

Montoya started the cheap shots.. The first one were Stewart moved up was just racing. Everything since is BS.. When the came together it seemed to me it was mutual.. Just Montoya got a cut tire and Tony didn't.

i dont like either one, i was hoping they'd take each other out in that wreck

Well the end was very predictable from the start, congrats to the 48 team they earned it history has been writen tonight.
And we have kept one good thread going through the season.....good job guys:cheers2:

Daytona is a long way off, can't wait to start the new thread:driving:

Daytona is only a few months away :sifone:

And this is the Official NASCAR thread ;)

Congrats to NASCAT and the entire HMS team for doing things that have never been done in the sport before. Has to be pretty cool being part of something that may never be repeated.

JPM should have been parked by NASCAR, what an a$$hole he is, he's had a bad attitude all year... our suite was 30' directly behind his pit, and his awesome crew/owners were NOT impressed... his crew is unbelievably organized... and super, super fast... i'm talking 4 tires, chassis tweaks, and fuel in 13 seconds flat...

Robby Gordon whined incessently.. all day, and night... non stop... radio hog

Denny did a GREAT job, raced clean, and sharp, very deserved win

JJ was on cruise control...

Harvick did well, his quick restarts showed the power, Kurt B had a nice run at the end....

Burton was the most consistent all day

Gordon was smooth, but didn't seem to have enough power, nor did Edwards..

Brad was a non-issue..

MM was strong but had mid and outbound corner issues after about 160 laps, when the sun went down...

I still can't stand Kyle..

DE Jr lacks ambition, or power, or something....

NONE of the drivers could match up the 1-2 and 3-4 corner handling issues...

I agree with Montoya being parked..

Has Rob Gordon ever stopped crying.

Hard to say what JR's problem is.. Really no good excuse.. Must be lack of ambition. No telling.

come to think of it, I didn't see one 88 shirt or hat all weekend... Harvick was signing papers and doing photo stuff in the Pennzoil suite next to us for a couple hours.. when he saw Darrell Gwynn was in our suite he was VERY polite and acknowledged it, so did John Force yesterday... classy guys...

Who would have ever guess JR would go from hero to zero in one season with Hendrick. Must be lonely where he is right now.

NASCAR is going to loosen the rules this year. The cars are will be faster and they'll let them race like they once used to. I see lots more work for the sheet metal and paint crews.

The chrome horn is now working again :driving:
