Official... raise your post count thread!!

Started using my electric cigarette at 10:30 last night and haven't had a regular smoke since. 2pack a day habit, so going that long without a regular smoke is pretty dang good. Only problem I just bought a carton. Now won't be smoking them.

One thing with the E-cig is you just take 2-3 "puffs", and it is enough to satisfy the urge.
With the real thing you almost feel obligated to smoke the whole thing.

I still smoke real smokes, but usually only half a cig at a time, and that turns into half a pack a day.
 
I'm 3 to 4 puffs per hour on the E-cig, was 3 to 4 whole cigarettes an hour. So the E-smokes are defiantly better hit of nicotine. Plus they don't smell so I'm smoking in the house again.
 
3-4 smokes an hour? How do you get anything else done?

I have one smoke when I get up with my coffee, and then a half smoke around 12:30-1:00.
Then half smokes maybe every hour, 45 mins through the afternoon evening.
 
I'm up to 2 packs per day, per hour up to 4 if I'm on the phone. Lots of trips outside because I don't smoke inside. E-cigs are so far a better nicotine delivery system. Wasn't enjoying regular cigarettes, it was just about the nicotine.
 
I have to agree.
I actually hate the cig, but my body still wants a quick shot of nicotine occasionally.

Anymore, it's more of a psych need for me.
My first cig (1/2) in the afternoon actually makes me nauseous.
By the evening, have a few beers and they are good.
I should just quit.
 
Happy Monday; going to be pleasant today. Mashed sweet potatoes, poached eggs all sprinkled with hemp seeds and of course with a splash of honey.
