Those emails are almost always spoofs.....here's a new one:
One of my employees brought this in last week.
It was a letter from Cabela's VISA on letterhead (correct address, etc) with a return envelope to one of those "processing centers" stating that they had tried to send him his new card but it was returned as undeliverable. Would he please take the enclosed form, fill out all the info and mail it back in. It asked for name, address, SS #, etc.......he happened to notice the card they references had 5000 as the last 4 digits and since he regularly typed his card in for internet purchases knew that was not correct.
It's a snail mail scam!!!!!!!
